This successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of all contract types and will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment that allows you to think outside of the box for solutions while staying in the guidelines of policies and procedures.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Depending on business needs, this role may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties.·Contract AdministrationReview, assess risk, and negotiate all terms and conditions for new contracts and associated agreements as well as for modifications of existing contracts/agreements.Monitor existing contracts to ensure continual compliance with FAR, DFARS and other regulatory requirements. Analyze new rules and laws to assess their possible influence on the company. Perform an annual audit of applicable FAR/DFARS to ensure compliance.Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and collection of contractual income.Maintain the contract management system computer database to ensure it is current.Track and coordination the submission of all contract deliverables to the customer.Identify potential contract changes/issues and assess the impacts on the business.Coordinate with the internal program team and the customer to ensure timely contract change management.Advise business and technical staff of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of complex terms and conditions.Government Property Management LiaisonCoordinate with Government Property Manager and Project Managers to complete inventory reporting and submit to government officials per contract specifications. Contract Closeouto Responsible for closeout of contracts to include subcontractor agreements, intellectual property reporting, government property disposition and certification, and final invoicing.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field) and minimum five years prior experience with Government Contractingknowledge of and experience with Contract Terms and Conditions, to include FAR and DFARSTeam Player with good interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently when neededStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skillsWord processing skills, especially with Microsoft Office products and desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must have the ability to prioritized work in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of Cost Plus, T&M and FFP contract vehiclesAble to effectively share information with technical and non-technical staffGood collaboration skills, able to work in a team environment where engagement and participation are an expected part of successful job performanceThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance; an active U.S. security clearance is preferred.TRAVELUp to 10% local travel may be required.BenefitsSalary Range: per year 100000-115000100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability Employer-funded Health Savings Account Unlimited PTO 401(k) match Company-paid Life and AD&D Insurance Flexible Savings Account Paid FMLA, Maternity/Paternity Leave Employee Assistance Program Student Loan Repayment Equity ProgramNotice to Recruitment Agencies:Infleqtion does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
