Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Residential Treatment

Location: Stillwater, MN (On-site). We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide on-site psychiatric care at an adult residential mental health treatment facility. This role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support patient care and treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Provide medication management and monitor effectiveness
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and clinical staff
• Participate in treatment planning and clinical team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active Minnesota license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in residential, inpatient, or behavioral health settings preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000. Schedule: Full-time, in-person. Benefits: Full benefits package.
