Strategic HR Director: Payroll, Compliance & Talent
Pavilion Healthcare
Pavilion Healthcare in Chicago seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee payroll submission, recruiting, onboarding and HR compliance at the facility level under guidance from home office and regional teams.
You will lead benefits administration, leave management, investigations, and ensure HIPAA and OSHA standards are met while partnering with managers to maintain consistent personnel actions.
