Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Long-Term Care LP Therapy LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide patient-centered therapy services in a Long-Term Care setting under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities carry out established plans of care administer therapeutic exercises and modalities assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist fit and train patients on assistive devices complete timely and accurate Medicare and facility documentation collaborate with interdisciplinary teams support patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and productivity standards Qualifications Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant current state PTA license LTC experience preferred knowledge of Medicare documentation strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Work Environment LTC facility; physical demands consistent with therapy services, including lifting and mobility assistance.
