Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to monitor fast-moving production lines
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to perform Lockout/Tagout procedures after training
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties

• Monitor trash bags as they move along the production line
• Pull, reach, fold, and package products by hand as needed
• Perform repack duties by transferring products into new boxes and returning them to the production line
• Load cases and cartons onto automated packaging equipment
• Clear equipment jams using proper Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Continuously monitor conveyors to prevent production line backups
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
