Job Description

The Graduate RN provides compassionate, safe, and evidence-based nursing care to adult patients under the guidance of the designated program leadership. This role supports comprehensive patient care through assessment, treatment, education, documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Assess adult patients and monitor changes in their condition.
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Measure and document vital signs.
Contribute to individualized care planning.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Educate patients about their care, treatment, and health needs.
Coordinate care with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Follow infection-control procedures and monitor patient safety.
