This high‑visibility, high‑engagement role operates at the sharp end of incident response, driving a technology‑first, hyper‑scalable operation that leverages automation and AI to modernize how Salesforce prepares for, responds to, and recovers from enterprise‑scale events. You will serve as the primary operational connector across Regional Incident Management Teams, the Global Operations Center, Internal Communications, Physical Security, Legal, HR, and regional business leaders, ensuring our resilience framework scales seamlessly alongside our global footprint and evolving threat landscape. Responsibilities Serve as the primary response coordinator during major global incidents, facilitating Virtual Situation Rooms to ensure rapid data aggregation, clear communication flows, and accelerated executive decision‑making. Translate static crisis playbooks, checklists, and documentation into interactive digital workflows that regional teams can access and execute asynchronously under pressure. Support the operational design, scheduling, and facilitation of regional tabletop exercises and drills, and own the After‑Action Review (AAR) process to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in crisis management, emergency response, or corporate resilience within a global, matrixed organization. Proven track record of response coordination during real‑world crises, with the ability to maintain calm and drive alignment across diverse teams under pressure. Strong relationship builder with exceptional communication skills and experience influencing cross‑functional partners (HR, Legal, PR) and international regional leads. Direct experience with enterprise mass‑notification systems (e.g., Everbridge, AlertMedia), collaborative platforms like Slack, and hands‑on or professional curiosity around generative AI/LLM tools. Ability to write with clarity—synthesize fast‑moving incident data into crisp, accurate operational briefs. Preferred Qualifications Supported resilience programs through rapid corporate changes such as M&A integrations or geographic expansions. Familiar with crisis management frameworks (ISO 22301, incident command systems) and how they translate into digital enterprise environments. Collaborated with technical project managers or developers to test and refine internal security/crisis tools. Compensation Base salary range: $143,400 – $216,900 annually (San Francisco and New York City metro areas: $172,200 – $236,700).
