We've raised total $35M Series A from top investors like a16z (Github, Slack), Base10 (Figma, Notion), YC (Stripe, Airbnb) and Emergence (Salesforce, Zoom).Prosper was founded by Josep Marc Mingot (Math+Telco Engineering from UPCTech (Barcelona), MIT Research in Computer Vision, and Product Leader in a NY startup acquired by NYSE:AON) and Xavier de Gracia (ESADE, JP Morgan, Bain & Company, Harvard MBA, and VP at a NY startup acquired by NASDAQ:ANGI). We are a highly motivated team of 20 located in New York and Barcelona, ex-{MIT, HBS, Bain, Math/CS/Physics olympics,...}.We are looking for ambitious, exceptionally talented team members to help scale our product and support a growing client base. As we prepare for fundraising and rapid expansion in the coming months, we are building a team ready to grow with us.About the RoleAs an AI Product Manager in our Barcelona and/or New York office, your goal is to ensure Prosper's AI agents succeed across real healthcare workflows of our clients. You will own a portfolio of AI agent deployments across multiple customers and act as the general manager for those agents in production: responsible for design, performance, customer impact, expansion, and the ARR your agents drive.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, operations, analytics, and AI. You will go beyond strategy and own execution in detail: understanding workflows deeply, diagnosing issues from data and real interactions, driving improvements with engineering and operations, and building the systems required to scale deployments successfully and owning executive level client relationships including c-suite steerco's. This role requires wearing multiple hats - combining product thinking, operational ownership, customer leadership, and analytical problem-solving to ensure Prosper's AI agents succeed.This is a unique opportunity to sit at the center of one of the most important shifts in software: the move from traditional SaaS to AI agents operating real workflows in production.
