Job Overview
Become a part of a collaborative hospital medical team in this employed, inpatient-centered role that offers substantial ERCP case volumes, opportunities for program expansion, and an impressive 22 weeks of time off each year.
Position Details- Role: We are in search of an Advanced Gastroenterologist with expertise in ERCP, as our facility conducts approximately 600 ERCP procedures annually. A keen interest in developing EUS services would be a valuable addition.
- Facility: This position is located in a 280-bed hospital affiliated with a prominent university, serving as a regional referral hub for nearby communities. The organization utilizes Epic EMR for efficient patient management.
- Leadership: There is an opportunity for seasoned physicians to take on leadership roles, focusing on mentorship and program development.
- Salary: The compensation package includes a guaranteed salary of $632,000, along with additional incentives based on productivity and quality, plus a recruitment incentive package of up to $100,000.
