Breeze Dental is opening its 3rd location on E 5th Street in Austin, TX. Compensation: $200,000 Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional patient care by diagnosing and treating oral health issues with precision and empathy. * Collaborate with our healthcare partners to integrate dental and medical care, enhancing patient outcomes. * Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Utilize your expertise in Invisalign to provide tailored orthodontic solutions, ensuring patient satisfaction. * Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote oral health awareness and give back to the community. * Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance. * Participate in practice management activities, contributing to the clinic's growth and success through innovative ideas and solutions. Qualifications: We are looking for: * Someone personable with strong leadership skills. * Someone who doesn't want to be in corporate dentistry. * Minimum 2+ years of experience, with high value given to those with more experience and training (CE, AEGD, etc.). * Someone with Invisalign experience. * Someone who wants to learn, grow, and constantly improve. * Someone who wants to give back. * Someone who wants to have fun at work.
