• Mon 9 am - 2 pm & Thu 10 am - 3 pm -- 5hr shifts each day
• 1 - 2 consistent days per week with recurring PRN coverage
• 5 - 8 patients per clinic day
• Outpatient primary care clinic
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• HIV care, PrEP/PEP, STI treatment, IV hydration & vitamin injections
• Leave coverage -- duration tied to permanent hiring timeline
• Telehealth experience required
