Travel Respiratory Therapist

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with current RRT certification and GA licensure for a 13-week night shift hospital assignment.

Details:

• Respiratory Care/Diagnostic Services department
• 13-week contract assignment
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, schedule varies 7p-7:30a
• Every other weekend required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within respiratory therapy specialty
• Current NBRC RRT certification
• Georgia RRT license required (if applicable)
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• 2 professional references required

Additional Information:

• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
• Returning staff who previously worked as permanent employees must have a 2-year break in service before returning as travelers
• Time off requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is extended
