What You’ll Do As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll help build custom steel structures used in electrical substations and transmission projects throughout the United States. Your responsibilities may include: Reading and interpreting blueprints Laying out, fitting, and tacking components Performing high-quality GMAW welds Operating material-handling equipment Using measuring tools to ensure precision and quality Maintaining a safe and organized work area Contributing to projects that support critical infrastructure nationwide What We’re Looking For 5+ years of welding experience preferred AAS degree in Welding is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment Build Your Future at Klute You’ve worked hard to develop your skills.
