Veterinary Call Center Representative :
A PetWow V eterinary Call Center Representative is often the first person a pet owner encounters, so the first impression a pet owner has about our organization crucially depends upon how they are treated by our customer service team! If you love pets and people, all you need to join our team are good customer service skills!
Duties of a Veterinary Call Center Representative:
- Answering phones in our call center
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to emails
- Processing transactions
- and more.
Requirements
Come join our team! Our ideal Veterinary Call Center Representative combines a positive attitude with excellent communication, technology, and sales skills; and, of course, a deep love for animals. While we will train, priority will be given to those who have prior experience as a customer service representative or receptionist in a service industry of some kind.
Stable, full time hours at our modern, professional Ft. Mitchell, KY office
