This role is ideal for fun, energetic, and outgoing individuals who love connecting with people and creating a warm, welcoming environment. The Dining Host lives out Chick‑fil‑A’s mission to win hearts every day through genuine service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting every guest with enthusiasm, eye contact, and a sincere smile — displaying the Core 4 at all times: Make Eye Contact Share a Smile Speak in a friendly tone Always say My Pleasure Engage with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure they feel appreciated and cared for. Deliver remarkable hospitality by anticipating needs, offering refills, clearing tables, and providing assistance before being asked. Be a “Moment Maker” by going above and beyond to create positive, memorable interactions for guests of all ages. Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, and beverage stations that reflect excellence. Assist families and guests with trays, high chairs, and other needs to ensure comfort and convenience. Work as part of a team, supporting front‑of‑house operations and helping fellow team members as needed. Represent Chick‑fil‑A’s values of kindness, integrity, and care in every interaction. Qualifications Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality with a genuine love for serving others. Strong communication and people skills — comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds. Ability to multitask, stay positive, and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable, responsible, and team‑oriented. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
