Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and personable Server to join our team. This position includes serving in our restaurant as well as working weddings, banquets, and special events.

Our events require much more than traditional table service. Servers are an important part of the entire event operation and will assist with setting up, serving, breaking down, and resetting event spaces . This is a fast-paced position that requires a positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on your feet and physically active for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately deliver food and drinks
• Set and clear tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with weddings, banquets, private parties, and other special events
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, bars, and other event areas
• Help transport and move tables, chairs, equipment, supplies, and other event materials
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup at the conclusion of events
• Work as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
• Follow proper food handling, service, and safety procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift
• Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and guests
• Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant and event operations

Physical Requirements

This position involves significant physical labor , particularly during weddings and special events. Candidates must be comfortable with:

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Frequently bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Moving tables, chairs, equipment, and event supplies
• Lifting and carrying items as required for event setup and breakdown
• Working both indoors and outdoors and in varying weather conditions when events require it
• Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a high level of service

Important to Know

This is not a strictly restaurant-serving position. Our servers are an essential part of our banquet and wedding team and are expected to assist with the physical setup and breakdown of events in addition to providing excellent guest service.

A great attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and timeliness are just as important as serving experience . We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, support their coworkers, and take pride in helping create a great experience for our members and event guests.

Must be able to work nights/weekends.

Thanksgiving and Christmas, we are always off!

Pay is $15 an hour, plus tips.
