Roofing Project Manager

You'll oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and at a five-star level of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do You’ll take projects from "booked" to "completed" while keeping communication, quality, and customer experience at the center of everything. Your Responsibilities Include Manage roofing and exterior projects through completion Coordinate with crews before job start to review project scope and expectations Verify materials, deliveries, and proper job site setup Ensure dumpsters, yard signs, and safety protections are in place Oversee job site safety, including: AC protection Landscaping protection Gutter ladder protection Proper equipment use, including Catch-All roofing systems Conduct on‑site meetings with crews to review scope and safety procedures Manage change orders, including signatures, documentation uploads, and department communication Track and document returned extra materials Maintain quality control throughout the entire build process Meet with homeowners before projects begin Conduct final walkthroughs and collect signed completion forms Collect payments when applicable What We're Looking For Qualifications 2+ years of construction, roofing, or exterior project management experience preferred Strong leadership and crew coordination skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects at once Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable using CRM systems and project management software Valid driver's license Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus Benefits & Perks 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee Assistance Program Schedule Monday-Friday Day shift Overtime opportunities Weekend availability as needed If you're ready to join a growing company where your leadership matters and your work truly makes a difference, apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional results - one home at a time.
