Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Lead Teachers for our Vernon Hills center to guide young children through essential early learning experiences. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom. You will observe and document developmental milestones, communicate regularly with families, and mentor assistant teachers.
