Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology (required)
• Active, valid IL state licensure (PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement)
• At least 2 years of school-based experience
• Record of exemplifying LEARN’s core values and persistence for student success

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative, evaluative, and consultative psychological services for K–8 students
• Ensure compliance with special education, 504, and MTSS requirements
• Serve as MTSS system consultant, lead Tier 3 interventions, and monitor progress
• Prepare/present reports and documents swiftly for IEP/504/meetings
• Maintain detailed records and uphold confidentiality standards
• Actively participate in professional developments and serve as liaison between teams
• Keep current on best practices and participate in parent/team communications
