Summary Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to guests at the Stanford Shopping Center location. Drive sales through demonstrations, sampling, and building client relationships. Maintain merchandising and display standards while supporting store operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to guests. Achieve individual and brand sales targets and support store goals. Perform product demonstrations, sampling, and makeup applications. Maintain merchandising, replenish inventory, and ensure visual presentation standards. Build and maintain client relationships through follow up and clienteling. Requirements Previous retail or cosmetics sales experience and strong customer service skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
