Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years' experience required
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required
• Current NM licensure required
• Pending NM state licensure approved, must be included with submission

Assignment Details

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Shift hours: Mon-Thurs, 8a-6pm
• Shift hours: Fri, 8a-12p
• One Saturday per month required

Location Highlights

Carlsbad, New Mexico offers access to outdoor destinations and a quieter lifestyle in southeastern New Mexico. Carlsbad Caverns National Park is about 20 miles southwest of the city, and Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park sits on the western edge of town for easy day trips. The Pecos River runs through Carlsbad and includes the Carlsbad Water Park and the Pecos Riverwalk Recreation Area, giving residents access to waterfront recreation near downtown. Guadalupe Mountains National Park is about 55 miles south in Texas, and the area appeals to clinicians who prefer scenic drives, hiking access, and a smaller city setting.
