Human Resources Assistant

Dynamic and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support workforce management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations at Creative Liquid Coatings. Responsibilities Support hiring initiatives, including candidate sourcing, ATS administration, and onboarding activities such as orientation and development programs. Assist with performance management by coordinating reviews and maintaining accurate HRIS records. Administer benefits programs, process payroll, and ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits delivery. Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Contribute to change management efforts by aiding organizational design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and workforce strategy development. Gather data for HR analytics using Excel; generate reports on turnover, legal compliance, and performance indicators. Support regulatory compliance activities including OSHA, FMLA, workers' compensation claims, and other legal requirements. Maintain records through data entry of contracts, employee files, incident reports, and other essential HR documentation. Requirements Proven experience in human resources or HR roles with familiarity in HR best practices. MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency with HR systems such as ADP preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels; adept at conflict management and fostering positive employee relations. Skilled in data collection and analysis using Excel or similar tools, with ability to prepare detailed reports for decision making. Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data entry, contract management, interview coordination, and recruitment-related social media management. Part-time position, up to 32 hours per week.
