Founding Studio General Manager — Launch & Grow

JETSET Pilates®

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to bring a new Portland studio to life. You will recruit and develop the team, generate community excitement, and establish operational excellence leading to a successful launch. After opening, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, growth in memberships, and client experience while maintaining an active studio presence. This role includes completing the Instructor Training Academy and guiding the pre‑opening sales and activation campaigns. #J-18808-Ljbffr JETSET Pilates®
