Clinic Manager We are a non-profit faith based, equal opportunity employer. Locations: Fralin Free Clinic, 321 Tazewell Ave, SE, Roanoke, VA 24013. Hours: Full-time with flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; weekends, nights & holidays as scheduled. Compensation $DOE/hour (non-exempt/hourly). Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic team and coordinate daily administrative and clinical functions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Assist with patient-centered care as needed and support clinic team with patient care. Represent the Rescue Mission at partner meetings, speaking engagements and events as scheduled. Maintain team dynamics, flow of patients, and a clean, safe, and secure clinic environment. Handle data management, reporting, and certification compliance for the clinic and team members. Participate in street outreach coordination and outreach events. Coordinate volunteer engagement, training, and assignment of volunteer tasks. Maintain on‑call rotation and support clinic operations after hours. Qualifications Public Health or Healthcare Administration degree (helpful & preferred). Strong understanding of healthcare operations, management principles, community resources, and patient care. Servant Leadership mindset to proactively manage team members and clinic operations. Ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts early. Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in managing projects and daily assignments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google products, and email communications. Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare clinic guidelines and regulations. Current active Pharmacy Tech, MOCA, and/or Dental Xray certifications required; to be obtained within 6 months of hire. Physical Demands Continuous communication with others. Frequent exposure to bodily fluids, bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases. Prolonged periods of sitting/standing, standing, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling objects. Frequent computer use and screen exposure. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Temperature and noise level variations due to activity or location.
