Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor Location: Muncy, PA – Onsite Key Responsibilities Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules. Direction & Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate people skills, providing direction and support to operators. Safety First – Maintain safety and food safety, prioritizing a “safety first” attitude. Continuous Improvement – Apply owner mindset and continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, RCA, and LEAN. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes. High school diploma or GED with substantial leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing. Ability to work evening shifts. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills with a culture of accountability and execution. Compensation The annual salary range is $70,080 - $91,980 based on location, experience, and skill level. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
