Associate Director, Presales Architect KYC/AML

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least eight years of recent experience partnering directly with member firm risk and compliance leaders to shape client-ready offerings
• We require a bachelors degree in finance, risk, or a related discipline
• We value professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent AML/risk credentials
• We look for experience designing large, multi-country AML and KYC engagements, including managed services
• We need strong expertise in regulatory interpretation and cross-jurisdiction impact analysis
• We seek experience supporting platform selection, vendor evaluations, implementation governance, and global delivery models, including offshore and nearshore teams
• We expect working knowledge of producing detailed solution materials such as architecture diagrams, process maps, RACI matrices, and KPIs
• We prefer experience supporting pricing committees, deal approvals, and risk governance processes
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship

• We lead KYC and AML solution architecture and design for KDN offerings, including managed services and transformation programs
• We provide deal support, pricing guidance, and commercial structuring for KYC/AML opportunities
• We collaborate with delivery centers and technical teams to maintain smooth operational alignment
• We establish solution governance, standards, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency across the organization
• We drive market scanning, innovation, and future-state roadmap development with Member Firms and Global/Regional Risk leadership
