Rose of Sharon Senior Villa is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior care team in a flexible, part-time hybrid position .

This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who wants to continue making a difference in the lives of older adults without committing to a traditional full-time nursing schedule. The position combines on-site resident care and clinical responsibilities with remote administrative and follow-up work.

We are willing to build a flexible schedule around both the needs of our residents and the availability of the selected candidate.

What You'll Do

As an RN/LPN with Rose of Sharon Senior Villa, you will help provide clinical oversight and support to ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and coordinated care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Monitor residents for changes in health or condition

• Complete nursing assessments and documentation within the nurse's authorized scope of practice

• Review and assist with medication-related documentation and resident care needs

• Communicate changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare providers

• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, home health agencies, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with developing, reviewing, and updating resident care plans

• Provide clinical guidance and support to our caregiving team

• Participate in resident and family care discussions as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Assist with quality assurance and compliance-related responsibilities

• Complete designated administrative and follow-up responsibilities remotely

• Help ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered care

Schedule

Part-Time | Hybrid | Flexible

This position includes a combination of on-site and remote responsibilities . The exact schedule will be developed based on facility needs and the selected candidate's availability.

This may be an excellent opportunity for a nurse who:

• Already works another nursing position and wants additional flexible hours

• Is looking to transition away from a traditional full-time schedule

• Wants part-time nursing work while balancing family or other responsibilities

• Wants to continue using their nursing experience in a senior-care environment

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing

• Strong clinical assessment and observation skills appropriate to licensure

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable, organized, and professional

• Comfortable working with older adults and their families

• Comfortable using electronic systems for documentation and communication

• Reliable transportation for required on-site responsibilities

Experience in assisted living, geriatrics, long-term care, home health, skilled nursing, or senior care is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate with transferable nursing experience.
