Commercial Loan Processor

To support the efficient operations of the loan servicing department, the part-time Commercial Loan Processor will process commercial real estate loan data, perform account reconciliations, and assist with various loan servicing functions in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Process and verify commercial real estate loan data into required computer systems and maintain organized records Reconcile and balance cash in bank accounts, preparing timely reports and resolving banking discrepancies Perform loan servicing functions including tax contract orders, insurance renewals, and support for escrow analysis Required qualifications Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field Three to four years of relevant work experience in accounting or systems reconciliation Experience in a dynamic office environment
