Warehouse Associate

Location: Vineland, NJ
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

1st and 2nd shifts

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have some experience operating a sit-down forklift with a 3-pedal system and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves moving materials, loading and unloading products, and supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift (3-pedal system) throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
• Move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Transport products to designated storage and staging areas.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with inventory movement and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience operating a forklift with a 3-pedal system preferred.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull materials.
