Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role based in South Dayton, OH. The Leasing Professional is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and presenting available apartment homes. Daily tasks include answering inquiries, managing applications, processing leases, and assisting with lease administration and renewals. The role also involves maintaining strong resident relationships, supporting resident retention initiatives, and collaborating with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive living experience. The Leasing Professional will update property management systems, prepare leasing documents, and help maintain an organized, welcoming leasing office. Qualifications Strong Resident Retention and Customer Service skills with a focus on building positive relationships and addressing resident needs. Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including processing applications, preparing lease documents, and managing renewals. Effective Communication skills for interacting with residents, prospects, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing. Basic proficiency with property management software and general computer skills. Ability to work on-site, including some evenings or weekends as needed. Prior leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
