The facility is a small hospital operating as a level 4 trauma center. It provides orthopedic surgical services across both clinic and operating room settings. The hospital maintains established clinical protocols to support quality orthopedic care delivery for its patient population.

The orthopedic surgeon will provide clinic and operating room coverage Monday through Friday at a level 4 trauma center facility. Call coverage is required on a 1:3 rotation schedule. The clinician will document all clinical encounters using EPIC EMR. Board certification in orthopedic surgery is required for this assignment.
