Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with local businesses.

Pay: $21-$23 per hour

What You'll Do

Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and community outreach
Identify companies with staffing, recruiting, and workforce-management needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers
Conduct client meetings to understand workforce needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up consistently with prospects and clients
Partner with the recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates and excellent client service
Maintain accurate client and sales activity records
Meet or exceed business development and revenue goals
Represent Express Employment Professionals at local networking events, job fairs, and community activities

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in business development, sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or customer service
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Confident and professional approach to prospecting and client outreach
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Ability to develop long-term business relationships
Strong follow-up and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for local client visits
