Front Desk Clerk Opportunity

Nesco Resource has an opening for a front desk clerk in Elizabethtown. Ideal candidates will be interviewed by the company and will need a resume providing good work history.

Payment Processing

• Accurately process customer payments (cash, check, credit/debit card, electronic payments)
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
• Balance daily cash drawer and reconcile payments
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
• Assist with account updates and payment tracking

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, payments, and property information
• Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar

Administrative Support

• File and maintain customer records
• Enter data accurately into company systems
• Assist management with reports and clerical tasks
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
