Associate Director, HCP Marketing Location: Nutley, NJ (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Onsite) Compensation: $200,000–$230,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Benefits Travel: Up to 30% Industry: Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology Piper Companies is partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical organization to identify an experienced Associate Director, HCP Marketing . This individual will play a key role in developing and executing healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement across a highly visible specialty product portfolio. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of HCP-focused marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives. Translate brand strategy into compelling, compliant, and clinically relevant promotional materials for healthcare professionals. Execute omnichannel marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance using data, analytics, and customer insights. Serve as the primary marketing partner to the field organization, incorporating customer feedback into future strategy and promotional materials. Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, and Commercial Operations to ensure successful program execution. Manage multiple high-priority marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Analyze market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and strategic investment. Collaborate with internal leadership and external agency partners to deliver innovative HCP marketing programs. Present recommendations and marketing plans to senior leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus. 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience, including HCP marketing. Experience developing and executing HCP promotional campaigns within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy and customer engagement. Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes. Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging market research and performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel up to 30%. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within a pharmaceutical manufacturer and/or healthcare advertising agency. Experience developing HCP marketing strategies using both internal capabilities ("build") and external agency or partner solutions ("buy"). Experience managing agency relationships and external marketing partners. Experience mentoring junior marketers or leading cross-functional project teams. Therapeutic area experience in neurology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or other complex disease states is beneficial but not required.
