Weekend and/or Evenings Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, and LMFT)

We are seeking licensed therapists to provide care during evening or weekend hours in Bellevue. The position may be in person, hybrid, or remote, part‑time (13–15 billable hours per week) with potential to grow to full time (25 billable hours per week). Compensation W2 Compensation, Paid Bi‑Weekly: $54–60 per billable hour. Potential for higher earnings as you grow with Ellie. Snack breakroom stocked with snacks and drinks. Your Qualifications Master’s level degree or higher in a related field. Full, unencumbered licensure in Washington (LMFT, LHMC, LICSW). Self‑motivated, self‑aware and self‑disciplined, with a commitment to results, continuous improvement, strong relationships, kindness, and inclusivity. Ability to commute to our Bellevue office, as needed. Bonus if you have training in EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT, TF‑CBT, Gottman, EFCT, IPT, PCT, or ART, or are transferring an existing caseload.
