As a Site Manager 5 - , you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Site Manager 5 Location: St. Petersburg, FL What's the Job? Manage operations across 25 locations, ensuring smooth facility functions and maintenance. Build and maintain working relationships with property managers and landlords. Coordinate and oversee facilities projects, identifying root causes of issues and implementing solutions. Utilize Corrigo CMMS for maintenance management and reporting. Travel by car between locations, with expenses reimbursed, to ensure operational excellence. What's Needed? Proven experience in facilities management or engineering background. Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs and CMMS systems such as Corrigo. Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate with vendors and contractors effectively. What's in it for me?
