- Install sub-assemblies into final instrument builds to meet strict quality standards
- Follow precise work instructions for assembly, material handling, and inventory verification
- Communicate clearly and positively with team members to foster a supportive workplace culture
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects [Required Skills and Experience]- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly
