[Responsibilities]

- Assemble, test, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, and optical components for complex scientific equipment
- Install sub-assemblies into final instrument builds to meet strict quality standards
- Follow precise work instructions for assembly, material handling, and inventory verification
- Communicate clearly and positively with team members to foster a supportive workplace culture
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Mechanical assembly proficiency, including hand tool usage and soldering
