Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift

Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift MLR is collaborating with a reputable healthcare system to recruit a skilled Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift position. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment programs for patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Some Saturday shifts are required each month. Primary Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans using occupational therapy principles.
- Implement and modify therapy programs in coordination with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor licensed occupational therapist assistants, technicians, and support staff.
- Utilize and maintain rehabilitation equipment effectively to assist patients in their therapy sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas or eligible for licensure.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Proficiency in computer programs for data management and documentation.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and therapy techniques.
