Are you an experienced Lead Manager who knows what a great seller conversation sounds like—and can help others get better?
Sunomi Buys Houses is looking for a Senior Lead Manager & Quality Coach to join the team and help elevate the performance and quality of the Lead Management team.
This is a hands-on role . You will continue taking seller calls while also listening to calls, coaching Lead Managers, identifying performance gaps, and helping improve the sales process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TAKE SELLER CALLS
- Handle inbound and assigned seller calls
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Qualify leads and identify potential deal killers
- Understand ownership and timeline
- Set qualified appointments
- Document calls and follow-up in the CRM
- Model what great Lead Management looks like
CALL QUALITY & QA
- Listen to and evaluate Lead Manager calls
- Assess call quality, questioning, qualification, motivation, and appointment setting
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
- Help maintain consistent Lead Management standards
- Identify why calls and appointments succeed or fail
COACH & DEVELOP
- Provide direct and actionable feedback
- Conduct call reviews and role-play sessions
- Help Lead Managers improve questioning, listening, qualification, and objection handling
- Reinforce the sales process and performance standards
PERFORMANCE & REPORTING
- Monitor Lead Manager KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and trends
- Provide objective feedback and insights to leadership
- Help hold the team accountable to established standards
- Recommend improvements based on call quality and performance data
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a:
- Lead Manager
- Senior Lead Manager
- Sales Manager
- Sales Coach
- Quality Assurance / Call Quality professional
Real estate investing, wholesaling, seller acquisition, or lead management experience is strongly preferred.
You should be:
- An excellent communicator and active listener
- Skilled at sales conversations and lead qualification
- Comfortable evaluating and coaching sales calls
- Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs
- Able to give direct, constructive feedback
- Results-oriented and accountable
- Comfortable leading by example
- Proactive and able to identify opportunities for improvement
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS
- A quiet, private workspace suitable for taking professional phone calls
- A personal computer/laptop suitable for remote work
- A noise-canceling headset for clear, professional calls
- A second monitor is preferred
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Ability to maintain a professional and distraction-free work environment
COMPENSATION
$40,000- $45,000 Annually + commission depending on Performance
