You will:Lead financial conversations with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, and long-term goals.Build relationships that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service.Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.Mentor and support Universal Bankers, helping elevate the member experience and team performance.Solve problems creatively, from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget.Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smart decision-making.Preference for bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.Your impact matters. Every conversation could help someone buy their first home, improve their financial confidence, or finally breathe easier about money.
