Business Program & Project Management Specialist

Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

We are seeking a Business Program & Project Management Specialist to lead payment platform initiatives, AI-driven automation projects, and cross-functional program delivery. This role will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to drive successful outcomes through strong planning, execution, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and provide data-driven insights.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks.
• Support payment processing and customer checkout experience initiatives.

Required Skills

• Product Management (roadmaps, user stories, backlog management, Jira)
• Automation and AI-driven process improvement
• Data analytics and dashboard development (Power BI or similar)

Preferred Skills

• Payment processing, checkout flows, billing systems, fraud monitoring, and digital wallets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 6+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of Program Management experience
• Strong Project Management expertise

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
