The Technology Planning & Operations team partners closely with Portfolio, Finance, Global Program Management (GPM), and Technology leadership to orchestrate essential business workflows across the organization. This includes resource capacity planning, financial setup, and delivery governance before, during, and after project execution.Role OverviewThe Senior Planning and Delivery Analyst – Product Solutions is a hands-on, technical individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and supporting Airtable-first solutions that power planning, delivery, and reporting workflows across the organization.This role serves as a subject matter expert supporting the team’s Airtable ecosystem, contributing to solution design, development, and ongoing support. The position blends product thinking with technical execution—partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable, integrated solutions that improve operational efficiency and data quality.This role operates within established product and platform direction while independently executing on complex solution delivery. The role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into intuitive, maintainable tooling.Key ResponsibilitiesAirtable Solution Development & SupportServe as a key contributor and subject matter expert for Airtable platforms supporting planning and delivery workflowsDesign, build, and maintain scalable Airtable solutions, including:Multi-source data modelsSynced tables and relational structuresInterfaces and reporting layers tailored to stakeholder needsAutomations and scripted workflowsContribute to the development and implementation of best practices for data structure, governance, and maintainabilityIntegration & AutomationSupport the design and implementation of integrations between Airtable and external systems (e.g., APIs, planning tools, data platforms)Develop and maintain automations and scripts to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and synchronizationPartner with engineering and data teams to support data pipelines and system interoperabilityStakeholder Solutioning & DeliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, gather requirements, and support solutions that address planning, reporting, and operational needsTranslate business requirements into technical designs and scalable implementationsDeliver enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and data accuracyPlatform Support & OperationsProvide system administration and ongoing support for Airtable-based tools, ensuring reliability and performanceTroubleshoot data, automation, and integration issues across workflowsMonitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and compliance across solutionsReporting & Insights EnablementDevelop and maintain Airtable-based reporting layers and interfaces to support operational and executive decision-makingTrack and report on key performance metrics and operational indicatorsSupport the creation of materials that communicate insights clearly to stakeholdersProcess OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve operational workflows, tooling, and data processesContribute to the implementation of standards, documentation, and scalable practices for solution deliveryBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, or technical solution deliveryProven experience designing and implementing data-driven tools and workflowsStrong understanding of planning, portfolio, or delivery operations environmentsProficiency in data modeling, process design, and system thinkingAdvanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets and complex data manipulationStrong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiencesDemonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsHands-on Airtable expertise, including:Complex relational data models and multi-source integrationsInterfaces and reporting layersAutomations and scriptingExperience supporting integrations between Airtable and external systems using APIs or middleware toolsExperience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to accelerate scripting, automation, and solution development workflowsWorking knowledge of SQL and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), with ability to contribute to querying and data pipeline collaborationExperience with tools such as JIRA or similar planning systemsFamiliarity with data governance and scalable solution designPrior experience in Media/Entertainment is a plusEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experienceThe hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $117,500 - $157,500 per year and in Seattle, CA is $123,000 - $165,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
