What You'll Do:

• Lead and guide technical activities for our production line, ensuring excellence every step of the way.
• Train team members on production processes, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation to promote knowledge-sharing and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and documentation challenges with persistence and creativity.
• Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs), collaborate with Process and Product Engineers, and ensure timely disposition.
• Identify and flag supporting tools that require calibration, compliance updates, or other improvements.
• Assist with root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives for our products and processes.
• Play a key role in new product and process introductions, helping us stay at the forefront of aerospace innovation.

What You Bring:

• Strong preference will be given to a candidate with an Associate's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience overseeing and continually improving manufacturing processes.
• Experience teaching and communicating technical material effectively to peers and team members.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with computers and ERP systems—and the ability to adapt to new technology quickly.

Physical Demands:

• This role involves a mix of active responsibilities, including standing, walking, using hands/arms to operate equipment, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific visual abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
