Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Deburrer / Polisher to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and surface imperfections from manufactured parts while achieving the required finish and quality standards.

This position requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment. Great opprtunity to join a state of the art facility!

salary: $41,600 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

• Deburr, grind, polish, and finish metal and manufactured components according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, weld spatter, excess material, and other surface imperfections.
• Use hand tools, grinders, sanders, files, abrasive wheels, polishing equipment, and other finishing tools.
• Inspect parts visually and with appropriate measuring tools to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain consistent surface finishes and part dimensions throughout the finishing process.
• Identify defects or issues and communicate them to the supervisor or quality team.
