Led by board-certified urogynecologist Dr. ChristiPramudji Dawe, our physician-led sanctuary blends cutting-edge clinical aesthetics withadvanced Longevity Medicine, Hormone Health, Metabolic Optimization, Menopause Scienceand Intimate wellness protocols and treatments. Working together with our COO, thisindependent contractor role will assist with the strategy and execution for our organic socialmedia, local business development partnerships, and signature educational events. Quick Facts Role Type : Fractional Independent Contractor Retainer. Compensation : ~$2,500 / month flat rate. Time Commitment : ~15 hours per week (includes bi-weekly, alternating on-site half-days). Location : Greater Houston Area (must commute between Galleria and Katy clinics). Experience Required : 3+ years in medspa, premium wellness, or plastic surgery marketing. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and execution-focused Aesthetic & Longevity GrowthCoordinator to assist management our multi-location brand presence. This individual willcontribute to three core pillars of our local growth: organic social media creation, hyper-localbusiness development (B2B referrals), and the marketing execution of our educational events. Key Responsibilities Pillar 1: Social Media & Asset Capture (45% of Scope) Manage and curate our Instagram (@lifesculptbychristimd) and supporting social channels. Conduct bi-weekly site visits alternating between Galleria and Katy to capture high-quality, clinical-yet-luxurious raw video assets (B-roll, patient journeys,machine highlights like EMSELLA/EMSculpt, and doctor education). Edit and publish 3–4 high-value Reels/Shorts per week focusing on education,hormone optimization benefits, and body transformations. Pillar 2: Event Marketing & Pipeline Execution (30% of Scope) Drive digital awareness, RSVPs, and patient conversions for our signaturecommunity events (such as our successful \"Kegels & Bagels\" mornings),business to business collaborations and develop other high ROI engagements. Develop digital promo assets, email blast structures, and coordinate localinfluencer/client invitations to maximize event turnout. Pillar 3: Local Business Development & Partnerships (25% of Scope) Galleria Footprint: Form referral relationships with neighboring luxury brands representing our Ideal Client Profile. Assist our COO in developing the CorporateWellness market and promoting Dr. Christi as a speaker. Continue existingpartnerships like with the Greater Houston Chamber of Commerce and developnew ones. Katy/West Houston Footprint: Establish brand cross-promotions with upscaleretail hubs (e.g., LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch), luxury country clubs, and localwomen’s executive groups. Continue existing partnerships like with the KatyChamber of Commerce and develop new ones. Requirements & Qualifications Location: Must be physically based in the Greater Houston area with reliabletransportation to commute between the Galleria and West Houston. Experience: 3+ years managing marketing/business development for medical spas,premium wellness centers, or plastic surgery practices. Tone & Style: Ability to strike the perfect balance between high-end luxury wellness andauthoritative, physician-led medical trust. Must be comfortable understanding andmarketing treatments centered around hormone health, menopause, skin & aestheticsand intimacy enhancement. Technical Skills: Proficient in high-quality smartphone video editing (CapCut, Canva)and local community group engagement.
