Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist - Nights (Travel Contract)

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off | Nights (8:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Hours: 36 hours per week
Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacist for a travel contract role to support a hospital pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have recent inpatient experience and be comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment, including pediatric patient care.
Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medications in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient care
• Ensure safe and effective medication use, including for pediatric patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols

Requirements

• Active Texas Pharmacist License required
• Recent hospital inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Pediatric experience/exposure required
• Candidates with retail-only experience will not be considered

Schedule Details

• 7 On / 7 Off block schedule
• Every other weekend required
• No call duties
• No floating between units
