The Speech Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services. Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs

communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education

participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement

pursues professional growth

performs other duties as assigned.
