Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and swing-bed settings
• Provide speech-language pathology services to school-age populations as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, swallowing, and related disorders
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
• Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in long-term care, swing-bed, or acute inpatient environments
• Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows and documentation systems
