Employment Type: Temporary (long-term)

Licensure: Valid, unrestricted license in therapy discipline in Missouri

Experience: Prior experience in long-term care preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop customized treatment plans
• Help patients regain mobility and independence with functional tasks
• Lead, guide, and coordinate physical therapy services in the facility
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing long-term care
• Collaborate with facility staff to provide high-quality patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Contribute to a team focused on enhancing patient quality of life

What You Need

Required:

• Valid, unrestricted license in physical therapy in Missouri
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and procedures
• Strong understanding of long-term care practices

Preferred:

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
