Position Overview We are on the lookout for a committed and talented Dental Hygienist to enhance our vibrant dental team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient care, ensuring strict infection control, and upholding the highest standards of dental hygiene. A strong dedication to patient education and comfort is essential, along with proficiency in advanced dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dexis. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations while following aseptic protocols. Review documentation to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. Inform patients about oral hygiene practices and the significance of regular dental check-ups. Support the implementation of infection control measures within the practice. Work collaboratively with dentists and other team members to ensure holistic patient care. Utilize dental software (Eaglesoft, Dexis) for scheduling, record management, and treatment planning. Keep a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized. Qualifications Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with documentation review processes in a dental setting. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort and care. Able to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-driven. Work Schedule and Compensation This position offers both full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility to suit your needs. Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
